Join the Eco-movement! We are looking for a Head of People; someone with a couple of years experience in a startup or scale-up with an international team. Are you a People Lead/Ops that is looking for a new challenge? Read further and let us convince you.


Working on a greener world together with Google, Waze, Apple and Tesla and working on different topics such as performance management, benefits, vitality, culture values, engagement and so on. All together in a startup environment with a diverse group of people from all around the world (17+ nationalities).


Your challenge

In your role as Head of People & Culture, you are responsible for ensuring excellence in the day-to-day people operations and driving the implementation of the people strategy. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement. For example: in the morning you handle two contract renewals, a manager check-in and a learning & development request and in the afternoon you are working on a sustainability program to work on a positive company footprint. Activities include:


  • Make sure your administration is flawless;

  • Ensure a great employee experience, strive for a great eNPS;

  • Responsible for Compensation and Benefits developments and administration;

  • Setting up and implement Employee engagement and activation programs;

  • Being the trusted HR business partner to the managers;

  • Further develop performance and talent management.

Job requirements

  • You have experience with people/HR operations and the Dutch labor law;

  • You have experience working in a startup/scale-up with lots of international people;

  • You have a proactive mindset, you adapt easily to change and like to make impact;

  • You have an interest for various long term projects, as well as working hands on;

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
