Your challenge

As a PHP Developer, you'll be an integral part of our IT team, which includes software engineers and product managers. Your primary challenge will be to enhance and maintain our Data Platform, focusing on charge point and pricing data, in line with our strategic roadmap. Currently, we store real-time data from nearly 1 million charge points, and this number is set to grow significantly in the coming years. You'll be responsible for retrieving data from hundreds of sources, transforming, and enriching it to meet our clients' needs.

Tasks include:

Writing code to retrieve and maintain incoming data sources from Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and Mobility Service Providers (MSPs) and other Eco-Movement partners on a real-time or daily basis;
Monitoring our connections to identify opportunities for improvement through smart, innovative solutions;
Collaborating with the team to develop new features, enhance data attributes, and implement software improvements in our Data Platform.

Job requirements

What you bring to the table

You have 3+ years of professional experience with PHP development (it’s a plus if you also have experience with Laravel, Python and/or Go);
You have a proactive mindset and like to make an impact;
You have a passion for data science, EV, modelling and AI to enrich and analyse data;
You are a team player, looking to collaborate with colleague within and outside your team;
You are able to follow best practices on structured programming.

Our tech stack for this role:
PHP (Laravel is a big plus), Object-oriented software development, SQL, Git, HTTP, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Redis, Horizon, Prometheus, Grafana.
